Zach VanDeYacht
I believe financial advice should go far beyond managing investments or planning for retirement. Money touches every part of life, and with that comes uncertainty, stress, and a lot of important decisions. My role is to be a steady voice of reason—helping clients think clearly, avoid costly mistakes, and make confident decisions with their money.
Whether it’s preparing for retirement, deciding how aggressive to be with paying off a mortgage, planning for your child’s education, or simply making sure all the moving pieces of your financial life are working together, my goal is to help simplify the complexity and create a clear path forward. I see the advisor-client relationship as a true partnership—someone in your corner helping you understand your options, weigh the trade-offs, and make decisions with confidence. In many ways, I serve as a personal CFO for your financial life.
My wife and I started our own Ramsey journey nearly a decade ago by paying off debt and building savings dollar by dollar using the old-school cash envelope system. I know firsthand what it feels like to make sacrifices, stay disciplined, and work toward long-term financial freedom. That experience shaped how I view money—and why I care so deeply about helping others build a life with less financial stress and more intentionality.
I grew up in a suburb of Green Bay (Go Pack!) and earned my finance degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Before becoming an advisor, I built my career supporting the sales and trading of fixed income securities, giving me a strong foundation in the more complex side of finance. Today, I love taking those complex concepts and making them simple, practical, and useful—because financial planning shouldn’t feel overwhelming. My goal is to help people feel not just informed, but confident in every financial decision they make.
