Kelly Duel

Before becoming a Financial Adviser, I worked for years in the EMS industry in a number of positions. I’m an engineer by degree so have always loved numbers. As I moved around in my career, I ended up working more and more in financial data and loved it.

What lead me here? Both my husband and I had good paying jobs. We went on vacations and had nice things. But we could never get fully out of debt. We were planning for our future and retirement without really knowing if we were on the right path or even close to putting away what we needed. In addition, we were looking at 3 kids that would potentially need college money and we didn’t want to look at loans if possible. One of the first books I read by Dave Ramsey was “The Total Money Makeover”. His approach just made sense to me and changed how we managed our money.

From a personal standpoint, I am married with 3 teenage sons, 3 dogs, 2 cats and chickens. We keep busy attending football, basketball, and baseball games and powerlifting meets. We also enjoy being out on the water as much as possible in the few nice weather months we get and downhill skiing when it’s cold.

My passion is working with clients to simplify their journey to financial freedom and remove the confusion and uncertainty by providing a customized plan to reach specific goals and dreams. Let me take the guesswork out of planning for your retirement.
